This gives new context why women look out for weight.... so it has afterall very important base to not die in childbirth. Many men are "taught" and accustomed to photoshopped women so it is not similar(they dont realize why they do this).
I read a book by a specialist diabetes doctor who explained how our insulin response varies depending on our genes. Insulin is the fat storage hormone, so the more insulin your body produces after eating carbohydrates, the more fat you store. Therefore, not evolving/adapting to a high carb diet may be the secondary reason we're getting fat and obesity may be avoidable despite our genes, provided we can resist the carbs/sugar.
Obesity is yet another metric that tracks closely with dysgenics and demographic replacement. There are many others... crime, healthcare costs expenditures, failing grades, illegitimacy, illiteracy, crumbling infrastructure, national debt... the list goes on an on. Dutton and most everyone here knows this, it's obvious, but the extent to which our overlords go to hide this fact is incredible. Here are some kooky reasons off the top of my head that our propaganda masters use to explain these trends: racism from whites toward other races, whites suppressing and exploiting other races, and climate change. The fact is, pretty much all the craziness around us can be explained by darkening demographics. Go to the few near 100% white places still left... e.g. Vermont, Maine, Hungary, etc, and they don't have these problems.

Watch this - It's an hour but explains why I say there were very few fat people in the past and there are a far greater number now. It is down to the processing of food. I really don't like the guy presnting and the labels aren't going to work imo but what he says is sound I think.
I'd be interested in your views on this Ed.
Is it me, or does everyone just look generally bigger these days? Not just obese but big and also of unusual shapes. Period dramas look unrealistic, not just because they now have non-white people in them but because the white actors also don't look representative of the people that existed in those times.
How could the Swedes measure those 'genetic variances' between 1951 and 1981. Were they testing people in the current era that were born between those dates? It doesn't make sense otherwise since genomics is a new technique unavailable when those people 'popped out'. ( Of course genes do stay with the individual their entire life, so a birth-year does act as a proxy for controlling the relevant population genomics at the time of birth. )
