Father Frank Gelli was born in Rome and read sociology at Rome University before becoming a journalist. He was ordained as an Anglican priest in 1986 and served as a curate in London, the British Embassy in Turkey and in Kensington. His controversial sermons – ‘Father Frank’s Rants’ – are available online.
