SHOCKING: Tiny Indian Women Make Bad Police Officers!

The devastating wildfires in Los Angeles have become a potent symbol of the insanity, and Hell, which DEI leads to: Over-promoted females making terrible decisions behind the scenes and short, weak women doing a job that should be exclusively pursued by tall, strong men. The potency of this tragedy, combined with the lunacy of the Claudine Gay affair at Harvard, finally allowed it to sink in even for many doubters: There are immutable sex and race differences, and immutable differences within these categories, and if you prize "diversity" over ability the consequences can quickly move from laughable, to pathetic to tragic. A video has gone viral on X this week, filmed in the King's Cross area of London, which demonstrates this problem perfectly: a tiny South Asian Police Community Support Officer retreats, clearly extremely scared, from a big black man.

Since the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry and resultant Macpherson Report in 1999 in relation to the botched investigation into the murder of a black teenager in 1993, the British police have been politicised by left-wing commissars and the over-promotion of Woke women with degrees in Sociology. Post-Macpherson, the Establishment view was that the British police were too male, too white and, very possibly, too able-bodied and that they need to better reflect the "communities" which they police.

There's an obvious problem with the police "reflecting the communities which they police." There are certain skills that you need in order to be a successful police officer. Most obviously, you need to be physically fit and physically strong, so that you can outrun and overpower a criminal if necessary. You also need to be physically tall so that you have the kind of authoritative presence that can deter crime, and also because taller people's greater weight allows them to better tackle criminals.

By the same token, having a "diversity drive" among airline pilots may have serious consequences if you end up with captains who are too tall to fit in the cockpit or too short to efficiently use its equipment. That is why there is a height requirement to be a pilot. Pilots must also keep fit, as there have been many instances in which the pilot has had to wrestle with the controls on a failing aeroplane and it has only been his strength that has kept it in the air. They also need excellent spatial intelligence. As a rule, therefore, it's probably better that your pilot is male and most pilots are male. I've only once been flown by a female pilot, on the very short hop from Helsinki to Tallinn in May 2023, and I could tell from her voice that she was a lesbian and, thus, a highly masculinised female.

Until 1990, in the UK, policemen had to be at least 5 foot 10 and female police officers had to be at least 5 foot 4. As I've explored in my book The Naked Classroom: The Evolutionary Psychology of Your Time at School, there are consistent sex differences in height. This is because females select for males who can win fights. These men are better able to protect them and, in prehistory, an aspect of being able to reach the top of the hierarchy and obtain resources was the ability to win fights. Sons by such a man are more likely to be selected for in polygamous mating systems where as many as 60% of males don't breed. Moreover, height is a sign of genetic health: you are healthy enough to be able to reach your phenotypic maximum height in the face of disease. So, these differences exist and they are intractable.

However, the government decided that the height requirement had to go because it discriminated against women and also against some ethnic minorities. East Asians are shorter because they are ultimately evolved to a cold environment in which a compact body is better at keeping heat in, something known as Allen's Rule. Conversely, in hot and humid environments, a smaller torso, combined with longer limbs, helps with heat dissipation: a high surface area to volume ratio helps to release heat. This is known as Bergmann's Rule. Hence, South Asians tend to be relatively short as well. Both South and East Asians tend towards limited amounts of red meat; their diets are high in vegetables, rice and fish (in the case of East Asians). This lack of protein also reduces height.

The failure to fully accept these differences has culminated in the insanity of what recently happened at King's Cross in relation to a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). PCSOs were introduced in 2002. They do not have full powers of arrest, merely being able to detain people for a maximum of 30 minutes. Their purpose is to reassure the public (i.e. replace the bobby on the beat), and to deter anti-social behaviour and minor crimes. In other words, they're a waste of time; a cheap alternative to proper policemen, mocked in a famous sketch by Mitchell and Webb where the policeman ridicules the powerless PCSO.

Remember the purpose of PCSOs is to reassure the public and deter antisocial behaviour. Yet in the viral video we see a female PCSO who is extremely frightened of, and retreating from, an angry, schizophrenic, muscular, reasonably tall black man. As I explore in The Naked Classroom, West Africans are evolved to an unpredictable yet easy ecology; food is on the trees all year round. Cooperation, necessary in a difficult environment, is not selected for while aggression and lethal force (being muscular) are very much so. This is why black boys at school tend to behave so poorly. In such an ecology as West Africa, you are perpetually on edge. Thus, they have high levels of dopamine activity, making them alert to predators. However, excessive dopamine activity makes you paranoid and psychotic; it leads to paranoid schizophrenia.

Just as a larger percentage of West Africans than whites will be very muscular, very aggressive and schizophrenic, a larger percentage of South Asian women, than white women, will be like this PCSO. South Asians are short and she is extremely short; about 5 foot tall. South Asians are lower in muscle than whites; they are ectomorphic, because Allen's Rule tells us that slim bodies with relatively long limbs better dissipate heat. She is lacking in muscle to a pronounced degree.

Her purpose is to "reassure the public" yet a member of the public – a middle-aged, bald, muscular white man – has to intervene to rescue her. Premature baldness is associated with high testosterone, as I discussed in my book How to Judge People By What They Look Like. This gives him the aggression and bravery to stand up to the schizophrenic black man. The PCSO lacks this, hence she uses her walkie talkie to beg her colleagues to "hurry up" and help her. Women, of course, being low in testosterone, shorter and adapted to worry about their children whom they must nurture (even if they don't have any yet) are less aggressive and less physically brave.

Let us hope that this video goes as viral as possible. It is a piquant demonstration of so much that our Woke rulers would like to suppress. There are intractable, genetic average sex differences and there are intractable genetic average race differences in physical and mental traits. These lead to substantial differences at the tails of the distributions. This is why it is sensible, at the very least, for policemen to be mainly fit men of at least average height. DEI, combined with these distributions, has real life consequences, such as the poignant farce of a quasi-police officer retreating in terror from a West African schizophrenic and having to be saved by the kind of white, high-T working class man whom our Woke rulers so vehemently fear and despise.
