Dr. Amy Wax is a neurologist and tenured professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Dr. Wax is widely celebrated for her brave commentary on the establishment’s most sacred cows: affirmative action; the relationship between race and IQ; and the political implications of non-white immigration. Since this interview, Prof. Wax was sanctioned by her university for her speech, and she’s fighting back with a racial discrimination suit, alleging that U. Penn is racially selective in whose speech they punish, which undoubtably sounds true.
