I sat down with Andrew Gold, a journalist and documentarian who covers the royals, celebrity culture and scientology. Previously very much a man of the mainstream working for the likes of the BBC and HBO, now he plies his trade online, building up a considerable following o youtube, and on his own platform. His work has covered the mysterious worlds of every array of group, from Hasidic Jews and Mormons to NXIVM, and Jehovahs Witnesses.
We talked about his work seeking out the strange, and sinister side of internet culture, and discussed his fascinating insights into the cults of Scientology and Meghan Markle.
