There is a clear shift away from Wokeness, because it went too far and became too oppressive for too many people. Accordingly, wannabe critics began to realise (especially when noticing the sympathy for extremely brave men, such as Graham Linehan) that others would back them if they dissented. Once this process begins, it soon snowballs, you have runaway “basedness,” and people feel that they can express long-repressed ideas that they wouldn’t have dared say in public 25 years ago, let alone 5 years ago.
