Dr. David Starkey is an English historian, a radio and television presenter, and former lecturer at the the London School of Economics. He has written several books on the Tudors. He was widely censured for a comment he made during a podcast in June 2020, which he describes in our conversation. His YouTube channel is David Starkey Talks.
